I'm giving 4 stars just for the hotel! The package included is more like 3 stars~ The room is spacious and clean, and the front desk service is excellent. There's also a 24-hour gym, which is very convenient! Although the location is a bit far, I chose to go from Shenzhen Bay Port. It's about a 10-minute walk from the subway station, and there's a large shopping mall nearby. It's a very relaxing place for a 2-day, 1-night stay. This hotel is quite good. 3-star dinner: It turns out the dinner isn't at the hotel; you have to go to a partner restaurant in a nearby shopping mall. I mistakenly thought it was a hotel buffet (it was hilarious!). We chose the seafood dinner, and the variety of food was decent. The beef was just so-so. I recommend sticking to the freshly caught seafood because the other cooked dishes are very average. It's not that they're bad, but they're really just ordinary. The voucher actually stated RMB 178 per person. 😂 3.5-star breakfast: It was good, with a wide variety of options and lots of fruit 👍🏼. You can go until 10:30 AM, and the seating area is comfortable. 3-star massage: This was truly amusing. It turns out this is also a partnership between a shop and the hotel. Even though we had an appointment with the hotel, we had to wait at least 30 minutes when we got to the shop! They also asked if we wanted to top up, which wasn't too much of a hard sell, but we still ended up waiting for about 20 minutes. If you want an essential oil back massage, you need to allow more time. Remember, if you go in the evening, you absolutely must confirm with the hotel front desk that there's availability to avoid waiting again when you get there! Because it was too late, and I didn't want to wait, I ended up choosing to go the next morning instead. The masseuses were decent. After the massage, I didn't feel particularly relaxed; it was just average. Listening to music and watching a show while getting a foot massage was still chill. Overall: The value for money of this package isn't particularly high. The hotel is good, but the dinner food and massage are just average. Don't expect too much.

The hotel staff were polite and friendly (including the housekeeping attendant). The room was clean and well-equipped. The breakfast buffet was decent with an open view, which was nice. It met all basic breakfast requirements and tasted good. The best part was having a large shopping mall right downstairs, offering everything from facials and massages to dining options, which was perfectly satisfying. Transportation was also convenient! I would recommend it to friends and would definitely stay there again myself.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Wanfeng Coast City Shopping Center and Sam's Club. The hotel lobby is on the 29th floor, with beautiful views. There is a new shopping street nearby called Shajing Jiuxiang Food Street, which has some authentic restaurants and supermarkets, which is nice.

The hotel overall is quite good, and the cleanliness is reasonable. The Wi-Fi speed is average, so it's best to bring your own. It's directly connected to a shopping mall, but the mall doesn't have a large supermarket. There are many restaurants and even more tea shops. A massage parlor is right downstairs. It's not close to the subway station, about a ten-minute walk. The breakfast food is acceptable.

The hotel has free self-service washing machines and dryers for customers to use at any time. The gym is also open 24 hours. The seafood buffet in the evening is located on the 6th floor of the nearby Coastal City shopping mall at "Xi Ting" (2 hours). The most favorable part of this package includes 3 hours of access to the beginner slope at the Huafa Snow World.

This was a two-day buffet trip experiencing the Fairfield by Marriott Shenzhen Bao'an. Overall, the hotel facilities are new, the rooms are clean, and most importantly, there is no cigarette smell. The bathroom is also unique but fully equipped, and even has a smart toilet, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, not bad! Dinner was at the Xi Ting seafood buffet. The hotel said they had helped make a reservation, but we arrived ten minutes early, and Xi Ting said we had to wait. We ended up waiting 40 minutes to get in. The overall quality of the seafood buffet was average. There weren't many hot dishes or cold seafood options to choose from, but some of the food was acceptable. Maybe it was too crowded, it really felt like grabbing food. But this is the hotel's designated buffet dinner location, so there's no choice but to bite the bullet and eat! Breakfast: Not enough variety of ingredients, also crowded, the place is a bit small, but overall better than dinner! Hotel location: Next to Sam's Club membership store and Wanfeng Coast City, very convenient for shopping. Cleanliness: Clean, but the reception staff lacked a bit of friendliness.

A very nice business-style four-star hotel with clean, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and convenient transportation due to its proximity to the subway station. I will definitely stay here again next time.
