N'EX Narita Express Round-Trip Ticket

If I hadn't booked the Narita Express, it would have been very difficult given the distance from the airport to my destinations (Tokyo Station, Shinjuku). 😀 If you're booking, it's a good idea to research online beforehand how to select your seat on the day of use after purchasing a round-trip ticket. A helpful tip if you miss your train: for the Narita Express, there are usually plenty of seats, so you can just board the next train and sit in an empty seat. If you have a reserved seat, you can simply move to another available seat! (I didn't want to find this out, but I missed my reserved train on the last day and learned this when the ticket checker on the train kindly pointed out an empty seat, allowing me to happily finish my trip! 👍)

very easy and convient.. just scan QR code then you will get it. and you can make a seat reservation for the both of them.. it is easy too. and even you have reservesd seat already, you can change it later too..

The whole process was very fqst qnd efficient. Getting thr tickets at the machine was pretty straight forward, but we needed a but of help from the staff in order to figure out how to reserve our seat, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The train had plenty of luggage space for larger suitcases, and well as overhead shelves for carry on. It only took just under an hour to get from Narita Airport to Tokyo station. we booked a return ticket, and they issued both upon first collection, so make sure to keep your return ticket safely.

Very easy to use, dont queue at JR East ticket office in the B1 of Airport terminal, just go directly at the ticket machines. Once redeemed using QR, you need to use the tickets you just got in the ticket machine again to reserve seats. 1h 22m to Shinjuku, there is a 7-11 nearby and you can get a bento so that you have something to eat for the long journey.

Narita customs clearance is quick now. Go directly to B1 and find a machine to queue. The machine's Chinese interface translation is terrible and incomprehensible, so ignore it and just scan the QR code to print your ticket. I booked both round-trip trains and seats, which is very convenient. Best of all, because I went straight to Kamakura after getting off the plane, and the N'ex goes directly to Ofuna, I didn't have to pay extra money or spend time, which is better than the Skyliner!

On time departure and no crowds both ways. Good timings from Narita and Shinjuku. Recommended for travellers!

The seats offer plenty of space and there are outlets for charging, making it very convenient for transfers directly to Tokyo Station. There are also many lockers on the upper level of the platform, which is perfect for storing luggage on your last day of travel before heading to Tokyo Station to buy souvenirs!

I use the Narita Express every time I take a free trip to Tokyo. It is convenient because you can travel to Shinjuku and Yokohama, and you can arrive at the airport on time. I'm glad that this round-trip ticket allows you to freely specify the time within 2 weeks from the date of issue. However, you must reserve a reserved seat at the vending machine before boarding. At Narita Airport, the ticket vending machines are located on the 1st basement floor of the airport, inside the Skyliner boarding area, along with the Shinkansen vending machines. At Tokyo Station, they are located in the tourist information center near the west Marunouchi Exit, so you need to find them well.
