Best main, staff are pun friendly. Go on weekdays, it's not too crowded and you need to book using the app. Don't worry, there are plenty of staff ready to help when we're first time users of the app.

Not very well maintained. It’s okay for a one-time try, but I wouldn’t come back again. The experience could be better if the staff were more helpful.

The theme park was awesome! It has so many fun activities to do there. The e-sport are very amazing!

The kids had a great time, but the facility maintenance isn't very good; some areas already look quite worn out.

This was our first time trying Game On, and we chose the Quill City Mall branch. Unfortunately, it was not what we expected. The game section was quite messy. We visited on a weekday, and there were a few kids there before us who occupied the PlayStation area for hours. Sadly, there were no staff members supervising the area. Another downside was that some of the pads in the game section had an unpleasant, sweaty smell. I hope Game On will take this seriously by regularly checking what happens inside and properly maintaining the equipment. It was also disappointing to see that some of the games were not available to play. facilities: 5/10 ease of booking on Klook: 10/10 queue times: 9/10
