I think this package was a very good deal especially when you’re planning to visit multiple spots across the Kansai prefecture. Had a lot of fun in USJ even if I didn’t exactly get the premium pass and had to wait for some time before getting into the rides (just thought that’s part of the experience I’m sharing with millions of the park visitors lol). But if I were to do things differently, I probably would have taken more time and planned things better especially in utilizing the Kansai Premium passes. I was able to use most of it but I am a bit on the thrifty side so I would’ve wanted to maximize it even more. There’s also room for improvement in the aspect of getting to use the pass in various locations because redemption could sometimes be more complicated than just presenting your QR code. It’s also nice that they came up with adding eSIM in the package which I greatly appreciated instead of having to book it separately. The airport express though one way only is convenient too.

Easy to redeem! I used the vouchers for USJ, the 1-day JR Pass to Kyoto, Kyoto Aquarium, and the Kansai Fun Pass (I only redeemed one voucher for the Dotonbori cruise). I stayed only 3 days in Osaka, so I didn’t have enough time to use everything, but overall it was great value for money. Recommended! 👍🏼 Date 17-19/November/2025.
The voucher worked perfectly all the time. We didn’t encounter any issues. This pass also helped us plan activities in Kansai as it was our first visit. it suggested things that was free or for a small fee and it gave use great ideas for our visit. I think we saved a small amount on our whole trip but we did get this when it was on offer. Some of the vouchers like Team Lab Kyoto says you have to redeem 24 hours before. but we redeemed about 2 hours before and it worked fine. I think it depends on how fully booked they are. The popcorn voucher for USJ says you can only redeem it for a certain type of popcorn bucket but we got different ones of our choice. the vouchers scanned fine too. ours came with a free 5gb SIM card. Again. Used with no issues and this was perfect as I had ran out of data with 2 days to go. ease of booking on Klook: very easy experience: lots to choose from.
The Deluxe Kansai Enjoyment Pass is the best travel e-package/pass I've ever used. It saved me so much money, far more than the Osaka Amazing Pass or the regular Kansai Enjoyment Pass. The package includes a wealth of content, mainly in four categories (Deluxe A, B, C + the Enjoyment Pass itself): Deluxe A Area: Universal Studios Japan 1-Day Ticket Universal Studios Japan Popcorn Bucket, redeemable at many locations in the park Deluxe B Area: We chose the Sagano Scenic Railway in Kyoto, which was very worthwhile! Remember to book in advance or you won't get a good seat. Deluxe C Area: Kansai Airport Express Haruka ticket, which can cover the airport to Shin-Osaka Station at the farthest. If you're traveling between Kyoto and the airport, be sure to calculate the transfer at Shin-Osaka Station. In addition to this, There's also the Kansai Enjoyment Pass itself, choose any three attractions!: We chose the Umeda Sky Building Floating Garden Observatory, Tsutenkaku Tower Observatory, and the Dotonbori Tombori River Cruise. It was very convenient to redeem the pass at all three places, just scan the QR code on the spot, no reservation needed.
Worth it! For just ₱5,800, we were able to enter USJ with Super Nintendo timed entry ticket. We used the pass to go up the Abeno Harukas and ride the Dotonbori wonder cruise. We also used the free bus ride from Namba to Kansai Airport on our last day. Just donwload the travel contents app to retrieve the vouchers. It is very convenient once you figure out how the app works. Highly recommended!
The Kansai Unlimited Pass is super worth it! Not only can you go to Universal Studios, but you can also redeem a popcorn bucket! You can also take the Haruka from Kansai Airport to the city center. If you visit Amanohashidate in Kyoto, you can also exchange it for ropeway and ferry tickets. I highly recommend purchasing it.
This is a great pass, hassle free, clear instruction given on how to download Travel Contents website and how to activate thereafter. I used this pass for USJ+timed entry to SNW+1 fast pass for Harry Potter in a day. 3 attractions in Osaka (Abeno Harukas 300+gozabune boat+wonder cruise at Dotonbori). Sagano romantic train in Arashiyama at Kyoto and Limousine bus from Kansai airport to Namba. Truly value for money and flexible for one week pass! Strongly recommended!

Validity:

  • Valid only on your selected date within 7 days of pass activation

Eligibility:

  • Free for children aged 0-3
  • Different attractions have different minimum height requirements and policies on wheelchairs, assistance dogs, and expectant mothers. For safety reasons, pass holders may be unable to ride on the attractions in some situations. For details, please refer to the attraction requirements

Redemption information:

  • Link and register your Studio Pass (iOS/Android) to access services like getting a Timed Entry eTicket!
  • Please note that the QR code can be scanned into the Universal Studios Japan app a day after the purchase date due to system processing time
  • If you fail to scan the QR code, please try to update the Universal Studios Japan app to the latest version, or download it again. If it still fails, please pick up Area Timed Entry Ticket/Standby Entry Ticket at the physical ticket booth inside the park

FAQs

How do I use the Have Fun in Kansai Premium Pass?

After completing your purchase, please download the Travel Contents APP. Tap the "Link E-ticket" icon in the top right corner and scan the QR Code on your Klook voucher to complete the binding process. You will then need to select your travel period within the APP (Note: The pass becomes non-refundable once the travel period has been selected).

Before visiting each attraction, open the corresponding voucher in the APP; if the page displays a "Redeem" button, please tap it to complete the redemption first, then simply show the QR Code to the staff to use it.

Is advance redemption required for attractions?

For most attractions included in the pass, you can simply present the QR Code for entry on the day of your visit. However, some popular attractions require a reservation. We recommend planning your itinerary in advance for the following:

[Important] Are visit date changes allowed for Universal Studios Japan after redemption?

Please confirm your visit date carefully before redeeming. Once you redeem your first item, your 7-day validity period is locked, and your Universal Studios Japan entry date cannot be modified. Additionally, unused items are non-refundable. We recommend finalizing your itinerary before making your first redemption.

Which attractions can I choose for the Express Pass? Is an upgrade available?

Your pass includes one Express Pass for your choice of: a. Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey™ b. The Flying Dinosaur c. Despicable Me: Minion Mayhem d. Hollywood Dream - The Ride Upgrades are not available for this pass. For more attractions (such as Mario Kart or Mine Cart Madness), please purchase a separate Universal Studios Japan Express Pass.

What if my chosen attraction is fully booked on the visit day?

Some popular items (such as Super Nintendo World™ entry, Express Pass 1, and Popcorn Bucket) have limited daily quotas and may sell out. We recommend checking availability for your preferred date before redeeming. If a slot is full, you can either adjust your 7-day travel start date (allowed anytime before your first redemption) or choose from over 200 other available attractions.

Can I get a refund for unused items?

Full refunds are only available before you select your travel period in the Travel Contents APP. Once dates are selected, the pass is non-refundable, though you can still change your travel period for free as long as no attractions have been redeemed

Can one pass be shared by multiple people?

One pass is valid for one person only. If you are traveling in a group of four, please select a quantity of 4 at checkout. Each pass has its own unique QR Code and can be used independently, making it convenient if your group members decide to visit different attractions on the same day.

When does my 7-day validity period start?

Your 7-day period begins on the start date you select within the Travel Contents App. You may change this date at any time as long as no items have been redeemed. Please note that once you redeem your first attraction, this 7-day window is locked and cannot be changed. Unactivated passes are valid for 270 days from the date of purchase.

What should I do if my QR Code cannot be scanned at the attraction?

If your QR Code fails to scan, please follow these steps to resolve the issue: a. Ensure you are using the correct voucher: The Premium Pass contains multiple vouchers (Universal Studios Japan, Express Pass, Airport Transport, teamLab, Have Fun in Kansai Pass, etc.). Within the Travel Contents App, select the specific voucher for the attraction you are visiting and present its QR code.

i. Special Note for "Dotonbori River Cruise": To use this, you must present the QR Code for the "Have Fun in Kansai 1 Week Free Pass (3 facilities)." There are two redemption points depending on the day:

  1. Daily: Ticket Office at Tazaemon-bashi Bridge Pier, Soemon-cho, Chuo-ku, Osaka (〒542-0084)
  2. Thursday to Sunday: Dotonbori Riverside Grill Wonder (B1), 1-16 Dotonbori, Chuo-ku, Osaka (Nipponbashi Pier)

b. Check validity and usage: Confirm within the app that your voucher is valid for today and that you still have remaining redemptions available

c. If it still won't scan: We recommend purchasing a ticket on-site immediately so you don't miss your scheduled visit. Afterward, contact Klook Customer Service through the app with your order number and a summary of the issue. Our team will investigate the cause and assist with a refund or compensation based on the issue.
