- Infants aged 0-2 may participate for free as long as they don't occupy a seat. If they need their own seats, they will require a child ticket
- Only 1 infant aged 0-2 per adult may join for free without seats provided
- Prior to the start of the trip, you are strongly recommended to confirm the bus operation
- Operation may be canceled in cases of natural disasters or abnormal weather. In this case, no compensation will be provided. You can, however, request for a reschedule
- The trip might get delayed due to road or weather conditions. Other transport options might be introduced but please note that you will cover the extra fee
- Full refunds can be issued if you cannot arrive at the pick up location and join the tour because of a force majeure situation (i.e. flight delays or cancelations) as long as you provide the necessary certification
- Smoking inside the bus is not allowed
- For your safety, please do not wear your ski boots inside the bus
- Depending on the number of participants, the vehicle may be changed without prior notice to a small or medium sized bus or taxi

This Bus was very clean, on time, and the pick up point was very close to our hotel. The photo attached is at one of the stopovers we had for a toilet break. Would recommend this to first time travellers to Niseko. Overall a great experience for our whole family.

I booked the tickets in Taiwan and thought that is very convenient. Would try again next time!
The travel was smooth and on time. However, there was a miscommunication, which i asked Klook online but I didn’t received an answer - my Bus no. is 501 (A) but as I looked in the schedule, only Bus 501 (C) will pass on my designated pick up point at Hotel Mystays Premier Sapporo Park. Because of the confusion, I went to JR Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo where Bus (A) was scheduled to pick tourists at 8:00am. I was not allowed to board but instead was advised by the driver to go to Hotel Sunroute New Sapporo, I spent additional Yen 1,000 for the cab and luckily beat the pick up time.
