Jolie Da Nang Cooking Class

Highly recommend Jolie cooking class. We started from local market to know food ingredients and local vegetables, variety of chiles, rice noodles. Went to organic farm to experience their life and herb, spices and best part your visit helped local farmer family. Cooking class content is great. We learned how to make authentic soup base of pho. Fried pancake and stew eggplant. In between all those activities and members were so great. Highly recommended to experience the market, farm to table cooking class with English instruction , the explanation is very easy to understand and the interactive arrangement is very good. The finished product is delicious and beautiful. I hope I can reproduce it when I go home.

Compared to Thailand, cooking is a bit more difficult. It might be a bit difficult for young children. But not because I made it myself, but because each and every dish was really delicious, and they even taught me the names of the menu in Vietnamese pronunciation! I had a great time playing games in between! In particular, Teacher Suji~ She was so cheerful and friendly that I felt like I made a new friend in Da Nang!^^ She said she plans to add various menu items in the future, so I will come back next time I go to Da Nang♡

this was a fantastic experience with my family. My teenage children loved the experience. A big thank you to Rosie who made the whole class even more enjoyable. The food we cooked and ate was delicious. If you want to experience a cooking class, then this would have to be the best one. Highly recommended.

It was so friendly and nice. There was one foreigner who spoke a little bit of Korean, and everyone else who made the reservation was Korean, so I felt a bit at ease~~. We cooked and ate with local ingredients, ate fruit, and the welcome tea was warm and delicious. I think it would be nice to experience it at least once. ah! It was a valuable experience to experience and gain knowledge about Vietnam's diverse culture with a great guide. I had such a great time that I was embarrassed to have visited without much expectations. It was one of the most fun and memorable experiences I've had while traveling abroad. I especially liked that Rosie, our main guide, led the entire class in a very pleasant manner and answered many questions kindly and sincerely. It was a great guide that allowed you to enjoy the process itself, rather than a class that only focused on the outcome of making food. The result was also very delicious and of good quality, and I was really full and satisfied after eating it all. I really recommend it to everyone visiting Da Nang!!!

The teacher was so fun and engaging, and explained the background of the dishes, which helped me understand Vietnamese cuisine even better. Not only the cooking but also the games were really enjoyable, and the food was more delicious than any restaurant I’ve ever been to. It was the best. I definitely want to come back again!

We joined with a kid, 4 years old, and he could join all the activities including food preparations and cooking, he did enjoy it !livery much! For adults, we got to know much more about the Vietnamese menu, coffee, the food preparation and the agriculture! The journey was really fruitful and fantastic! Highly recommended!

The cooking class content is good, however, the environment needs improvement. Comparing with the cooking class I have attended in other countries, this one needs more renovation and decoration in the class room. Also, I was hoping to learn more in the market tour, but the market tour is too short. Overall is a good experience, I learned the cooking skills that I can use in my day-to-day cooking routine.
