Melbourne Great Ocean Road & Twelve Apostles Full-Day Tour

I’m not chinese but I still decided to go on this tour with my chinese friend and the tour guide, Ricky, was extremely fun and inclusive! He provided translations in English that were very funny and overall was extremely friendly. He also brought us to see some wild koalas on the way which was very cute! I just wish we had more time for lunch/a few more toilet breaks especially on the way back but other than that would recommend :))

I booked this tour mainly because of the great price, and I’d read reviews mentioning it might be mostly in Chinese — but I went anyway. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the guide spoke English the whole tour and how thoughtful he was with all his customers. At one point I got back to the bus early from one of the lookouts, and he asked if I’d seen everything. That made me realize I’d actually missed a spot, so I went back to check it out — that's how attentive he was. He also made sure everyone always knew where the bus was, and shared lots of helpful tips and advice along the way. The whole tour felt professional and ran so smoothly. The views were amazing. I had an amazing time and would recommend this guide to everyone! ❤️

Had a fantastic Great Ocean Road tour! The views were incredible, and everything was well organized. A big thank you to Daniel for taking such good care of us throughout the day. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained all the sights and stops really well. His driving was excellent, and he made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you get Daniel as your guide!

The trip itself was enjoyable and we had a good time overall. However, the experience was heavily conducted in Mandarin and the group was predominantly Mandarin-speaking. The commentary was mostly delivered at length in Mandarin, with only brief summaries in English. As a result, we often had to figure things out on our own. The biggest disappointment came after the trip, when we were asked to pay a mandatory tip of $5 per person — $20 for a family of four! If it had been a voluntary tip, we would have been more than happy to contribute. However, making it compulsory felt unreasonable. Throughout the trip, we felt like outsiders in a group catered mainly to Mandarin-speaking mainland tourists. While the driver was polite and helpful, this aspect of the experience left us dissatisfied.

The driver introduced each stop, and the time given was just right. Highly recommended!

It was indeed a great and memorable trip for me and my friend who is on a short visit to Melbourne. Very soft spoken, well behaved driver with English fluency, on time departure and arrival. Everything was spot on as per the schedule. Good Value for money.

It was a very interesting trip. Our driver and guide, Daniel, was highly professional and had a keen eye, helping us spot wild koalas. Although Melbourne in winter was rainy, it still had a unique charm.

The itinerary was quite good, and the overall travel experience was comfortable. I didn't have high expectations for this tour, but I surprisingly enjoyed it. Our tour guide, Jack, provided clear explanations!

Standing before the Twelve Apostles, the wind howled and waves crashed violently against the massive rock formations. The sunset painted the rocks a golden-orange, creating a truly breathtaking sight. Strolling along the boardwalk, you can experience the awe-inspiring power of nature's handiwork; the vastness of the sky and land instantly broadens your perspective.
