🕗 Meeting Time and Place

The first day of the itinerary includes airport pick-up service and hotel accommodation. You can explore on your own after checking into the hotel.

Day 1: Meet in Urumqi, airport pick-up, check into hotel, free activities; stay in Urumqi.
Day 2: Urumqi to Sayram Lake (around the lake) to light travel photography; stay in a Sayram Lake RV camp (550 km, about 6 hours).
Day 3: Sayram Lake to Guozigou to Yili Lavender (June) to Kazanqi/visit a Uyghur family/horse carriage; stay in Yining (150 km, about 2.5 hours).
Day 4: Yining to Yizhao Highway (June) to Zhaosu Wetland Park/Tianma Bathing River to horse riding experience; stay in Zhaosu Wetland Park RV camp (120 km, about 3 hours).
Day 5: Zhaosu to Xiate Scenic Area to Muzart Glacier (70 km, about 1.5 hours); stay in Gongliu or Kuerdening (200 km, about 3 hours).
Day 6: Gongliu to Nalati VIP self-driving/Sky Grassland to visit a Kazakh family to sunset BBQ; stay in Nalati RV camp (160 km, about 2.5 hours).
