Asahiyama Zoo & Biei Blue Pond & Shirogane Falls or Farm Tomita Day Trip (Departing from Sapporo, Hokkaido, includes original souvenir)

Our guide, Ms. Lisa, was fantastic—very knowledgeable about the places, and incredibly kind, cheerful, and warm. We truly enjoyed the tour. We just wish we had more time at Blue Pond, as it felt a bit short and we wanted to fully appreciate the views and nature. Overall, this is one of the best tours we’ve booked. We can’t wait to come back for the summer Furano lavender field tour!

The trip was amazing! Vivi as our tour guide was very accomodating and very patient with us. The bus also very clean and the schedule was always on time. It was truly wonderful. The tour guide was attentive, provided excellent explanations, and took great care of us. We hit all the main attractions, and the entire experience was very comfortable. The bus was pleasant for sitting and sleeping, and the small group size meant it wasn't too crowded. Everyone was punctual. Sometimes on vacation, you just want to relax and not worry about planning, so this kind of day trip is perfect. You can rest on the bus, occasionally enjoy the scenery, and then get off to start playing and taking photos. It's very relaxing and saves you the fatigue of driving yourself. The penguins were incredibly cute, and the bears were my favorite animals we saw this time. The Shirahige Waterfall was also magnificent and beautiful. The best part of the whole trip was the guide's comfortable explanations and care. And a little bonus was that our hotel was the meeting point for the day trip, so we just had to go downstairs to meet and get on the bus to start our fun. Super happy, highly recommend!

We joined a one-day tour with our guide, Emma. She was full of humor, and since there were Japanese, Chinese, and Filipino speakers on the bus, she patiently repeated everything three times. I've included a photo of Emma walking in the snow from behind. Biei Farm was the most enjoyable stop; we rode snowmobiles. I highly recommend getting one per person for a better experience, but the person in front of me was too slow this time, so I didn't get to experience the thrill of speeding up. You absolutely must try the milk and ice cream at Biei; they were delicious! However, be aware that ice cream is not allowed on the bus, and if your tour includes a meal, you might not have enough time to finish your ice cream. The only downside of the one-day tour was that we had to leave Asahiyama Zoo before seeing all the animals. The Ningle Terrace was wet and a bit dirty due to melting snow, and without the lights on, it wasn't very impressive. We should have spent more time at the zoo, haha. If it's not dark yet, you're not interested in creative crafts, and you haven't eaten properly all day, I suggest eating directly at the restaurants near Prince Snow Resort instead of going into Ningle Terrace, as the restaurants close at 3:30 PM.

We had an amazing experience on this tour. Even though we weren’t able to visit Ningle Terrace due to the tight schedule caused by the snowstorm, the rest of the tour was still incredibly enjoyable and well worth it. The snowmobile experience was definitely a highlight, and everything was organized smoothly despite the weather challenges. Huge thanks to our tour guide, Alex, who was very helpful, accommodating, and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the trip. Overall, it was a memorable winter adventure, and we truly appreciated how well the tour was managed despite the unexpected weather. Highly recommended!

it was an interesting fun trip. our guide tour's name was Lisa. she's kind, supportive, and very helpful. she even helps taking a picture of everyone. this trip is wonderful and what i like the most is Asahiyama Zoo and Shirahige Waterfall. i hope i can go here again next time.

I’m really glad I decided to join the Asahiyama Klook tour — it was absolutely worth it. Our tour guide, Emma, was fantastic. She didn’t just bring us around; she carefully explained the pros and cons of each spot and advised us where to go first, which helped us avoid crowds and save a lot of time. That made the whole experience so much smoother and more enjoyable. It was also our lucky day! According to Emma, it hadn’t snowed for the past three weeks, and we were lucky enough to see fresh snow during our visit ❄️ It made the scenery even more magical. Emma is also amazing at taking photos! She helped my boyfriend and me capture so many beautiful shots together, which made the trip even more memorable 🤍 No regrets at all joining this tour — highly recommended if you’re visiting Hokkaido! The tour was well-organised, punctual, and stress-free. Definitely no regrets joining this tour — highly recommended for anyone visiting Hokkaido!

Tour is very comfortable, and the tour guide is very informative and communicative. Certain unavoidable delays because of snow storm happened, but nevertheless, we were able to come back earlier because of our guide. Ningle terrace is not passable die to the snow storm, but enjoyed the snow mobile so much because of the winter wonderland view!
