What to expect

Discover winemaking techniques that have made d’Arenberg's flagship Shiraz "Dead Arm" one of Australia's most collected wines! Join The Blending Bench, an interactive wine blending experience where you'll learn the art and craft of winemaking, and create your own bottled blend to take home. Family-owned winery d'Arenberg has already done all the hard work for you—picking, crushing, fermenting, treading, pressing, and aging the wine. All you need to do is mix your own for a truly unique taste. Play with the Shiraz until you find your ideal balance, then bottle the blend, give it a name, label it, and take it home. Learn about McLaren Vale's vast geography while you're at it. After the experience, indulge in a mouthwatering 8 course degustation, inclusive of a signature lobster dish and matching wines. End your fun-filled and informative day by exploring the 5-level d’Arenberg Cube.
