Where can I redeem my vouchers for physical tickets?

Tickets can be redeemed from any Tokyo Metro ticket vending machines. You can also redeem and collect your physical ticket from all Tokyo Metro station offices excluding:

  2. Nakameguro
  3. Nakano
  4. Nishifunabashi
  5. Yoyogi Uehara
  6. Wako City
  7. Shibuya
  8. Meguro

Do I have to exchange the voucher for a physical ticket to join the activity?

Yes! You would be required to redeem the physical ticket at the ticket machines by presenting your mobile or printed voucher. For more details, please refer to the package details

Can I extend my voucher validity period?

No, extensions of voucher validity period will not be granted.

Vouchers are valid for redemption up to 365 days upon purchase date. Once you have exchanged your voucher for a physical pass, it would be valid for another 6 months for usage.

Is there a limit to the number of vouchers I can purchase?

Not at all! Travellers are free to purchase as many vouchers as necessary for their journey!
