Booking Guidelines:

• Same Day Bookings: Book at least 3 hours before your pick up time
• Airport Pick Up: Select flight arrival date at checkout. If flight arrives between 12:00am-11:59pm on 2 May, select 2 May
• Enter the correct flight number, hotel address, and preferred pick up time at checkout page
• Hotel Pick Up: Your preferred pick up date & time should be at least 4 hours before flight departs due to traffic. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight

Confirmation:

• You will receive a confirmation email and voucher instantly after booking
• In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email

Vehicle Options:

• Standard Sedan: Maximum 3 Passengers + 3 pieces of standard luggage
• Standard Van: Maximum 10 Passengers + 8 pieces of standard luggage
• Standard Luggage Size: 24". Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces

Additional Information:

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• All vehicles are wheelchair-friendly
• Please indicate any other requests in the space provided at checkout page
• Ensure that you can be reached with the contact number you provided at checkout
• In cases of cancellation due to inclement weather, it will either be rescheduled or refunded

Child Seats

• Child seats are not required in Thailand
• Available upon request for children 109cm and below in height or children aged 0-4
• One is free of charge. Additional seats cost available upon request, subject to availability

Surcharges:

• All surcharges are payable in cash (THB) directly to the driver
• Additional Waiting Time: THB300 per hour past the given free waiting time
• Child Seats: Additional seats available for THB200 per seat (one is free of charge)
