- You will learn all the theory and unique breathing technique; we have pool training session and breath hold exercises. Next part you'll be diving in the sea with our top experienced Instructors. End of the session we will have time for diving, playing and taking videos.
- You don't need any previous experience, it's all about getting underwater and discover the secrets of the ocean, is accessible for everyone from age 6 to 70, couples, groups and private courses

What to expect
At Apnea Life Freediving - Phuket, we believe that diving is not just about exploring the depths of the ocean, but also about exploring one’s inner depths. With our experienced instructors, we provide a unique and safe Freediving experience.
When you join our Freediving courses, you learn the basics of freediving and discover your natural freediving ability.
During the theory session, we will discuss topics include physics and physiology of freediving, an introduction to freediving equalization, relaxation and breathing techniques, and rescue and safety procedures. You are taught to learn techniques to hold your breath beyond a minute and a half.
Next part we will be diving in the sea, the course will enable you to feel safe and comfortable when freediving to depths between 5m to 30 meters, depend on which package you chose.
Although this might sound difficult to achieve in a short period, you will be surprised what our experienced team of freediving instructors can do for you!
Our unique breathing techniques taught in the classroom coupled with practical application in the water create a fun and successful freediving experience.
We offer courses of for all levels: Intro 1 day, Beginner 2 day, Advanced 3 days.
