On December 12, 2026, December 13, 2026, January 2, 2027, January 3, 2027, January 10, 2027, March 7, 2027, and April 19, 2027, marathons are confirmed. We will adjust the order of attractions accordingly based on actual conditions. If there are any unconfirmed marathon times, we will also try to make appropriate adjustments based on the conditions of the day. Please be aware of this. Thank you for your understanding. Traffic congestion is common during peak travel times on Japanese weekends and holidays, and some attractions may close early. The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened based on actual conditions. It is recommended not to book dinners, flights, or Shinkansen (bullet trains) in advance, and to bring light snacks, power banks, and other supplies. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

• We will contact guests by email before 18:00 on the day prior to departure to provide information regarding the tour guide and vehicle for the following day. Please check your email in time. During peak seasons, there may be a delay. If you do not receive the message, please be sure to check your inbox for any reminders.
• As Japanese law stipulates that the daily usage time of a vehicle must not exceed 10 hours, the tour guide may shorten the itinerary based on the actual conditions on the day of travel. Please be aware of this.
• Please note: Since this activity is a joined-in (group) tour, there may be guests speaking other languages sharing the same vehicle with you. Your understanding is appreciated.
• To ensure a smooth trip, please be sure to confirm the meeting point. Once confirmed, please avoid changing it temporarily. If you fail to board the vehicle due to changing the meeting point for personal reasons, no refund will be issued. Thank you for your understanding.
• We will do our best to accommodate seating requests. However, since this is a shared group tour, seating is generally assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special requirements, please state them in the remarks, and we will do our best to arrange a suitable seat for you. The final arrangement is subject to the tour guide's coordination on the day. We hope for your understanding and tolerance, and thank you for your consideration.
• In case of severe weather or other force majeure factors, the theme park may delay or change the operating hours of amusement facilities or show times without prior notice, and may even cancel the operation of certain rides and shows.
• This product may be adjusted based on weather and other factors. For your safety, the staff has the right to request guests to suspend outdoor activities, communicate with you, and make alternative arrangements, which will be subject to actual conditions on the day.
• Transportation, sightseeing, and stay times mentioned in the itinerary are subject to actual conditions on the day. In special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather conditions, etc.), the tour guide may, with the consent of the guests, reasonably adjust the order of sightseeing spots in the itinerary or omit certain attractions based on the actual situation.
• We will arrange different types of vehicles based on the actual number of travelers. Vehicle types cannot be specified.
• During group tours, participants are not allowed to leave the tour early or drop out midway. If you choose to leave the tour midway, the uncompleted portion will be deemed as your voluntary forfeiture, and no fees will be refunded. Travelers shall bear all responsibilities for any accidents that may occur after leaving or dropping out of the tour. Thank you for your understanding.
• Seasonal limited activities (such as cherry blossoms, autumn foliage, special flower viewing periods, illuminations, fireworks festivals, snow sightseeing, hot spring seasons, festivals, etc.) are greatly affected by climate, weather, or other force majeure factors, and specific arrangements may be subject to adjustments. If the blooming period or special events do not meet expectations, no refunds will be provided. Please be aware of this.

The itinerary does not include personal travel and accident insurance; travelers are advised to purchase insurance on their own. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports carry certain risks; please evaluate your own health status carefully before signing up.

After the itinerary departs, if it is forced to suspend due to natural disasters or force majeure, fees will not be refunded, and travelers must bear the return or additional accommodation expenses themselves.

During Japanese public holidays and weekend travel peaks, severe traffic congestion or early closures of attractions are frequent. It is recommended not to book evening flights, Shinkansen, or dinners, and to bring your own light snacks and power banks.
