Review for: TREND WAVE 2025 K-POP Concert & Korea Tour Package

The concert was amazing, but the experience of getting the tickets redeemed was quite stressful. We went to the ticket booth exactly where it was shown on the map, and no one—not the staff, not the people behind the counters—knew where we could get our physical tickets. It was very strange; even the event staff couldn’t help us. We kept hearing things like “go there” or “I don’t know, try over there,” and were sent back and forth multiple times. It took us a long time until we finally found someone who was willing to help, and they just handed us the tickets—without scanning the code or even checking our reservation. So yeah, weird and stressful experience. That said, the concert itself was amazing, and we managed to get great seats.
