easy to claim just need to go to information counter and let the staff scan the klook qrcode with your passport. Then you will receive the 2 ramen, 2 voucher and 1 transportation card.
The complimentary gifts, drinks and F&B discount vouchers was a great deal. Made fully use of it. Remember to redeem the additional gift (limited to one per person) when you spend certain amount for different tier of gift.
was not able to utilize this voucher but surely this would have been perfect if I was able to shop in the Outlet stores
