it’s a shame to share this but for the first time I had a poor experience with this tour. Despite of being a regular user of Klook and an avid traveller we were cheated. Everything was going good until the time when it was time to go back to hotel. The driver/guide clearly said the entire team to come back to parking lot between 5pm to 6pm. My phone battery was dead so I had to charge my phone for 30mins. in the meantime, since others were done exploring the area within 4.30 PM he left without us. I turned my phone back on around 4.55 PM and saw he left a message and tried to call from 4.15 to 4.45pm. since we were given time to return as 5pm to 6pm why he left us? When we contacted the tour company they denied by simply saying that our driver informed to return by 4.30pm. He never mentioned that and if he had mentioned that we would have reached the parking lot before that. This is pure harrasment and ignorance from the tour company as well as the driver.
