3-Day Tour to Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong by High-Speed Train

The tour guide we were assigned to was Ah Duo (surname Liu). She offers clear and detailed explanation of the attractions and her cultural and her Qiang tribe which she belongs to. She encouraged us to get a mini oxygen canister per person but we decided to get only one as a standby for the group because we had consumed medication for altitude sickness. For one of the meals, there was a sales pitch of the herbs the farmers grow but they weren’t pushy in getting us to purchase when we told them we aren’t interested. We were put up at Howard Johnson hotel and we like that the room is spacious (apart from the toilet). It is clean and walking distance to the theatre that screens the Jiuzai Eternal Love.

This trip ended, and the experience was very good. Jiuzhaigou is very beautiful, the weather is good, and there was no heavy rain, which did not affect the itinerary. We booked a four-star hotel package, and the rooms don't look very luxurious, but they are clean and hygienic. The tour guide said that this area belongs to the Tibetan region and is a relatively backward place.
