- When traveling with seniors and children, adult family members should accompany them. Please take good care of seniors and children & friends wearing glasses can prepare a glasses strap to prevent glasses from falling off during play. You can prepare a set of spare clothes, which can be stored for free.
- It is recommended to bring common travel items, such as motion sickness patches, Zhengqi water, sunscreen, essential balm, mosquito repellent, etc.
- Gulangyu ferry times are subject to the actual booked ticket time. Ferry tickets are real-name tickets. Please be sure to verify the accuracy of the information when registering. Once booked successfully, it cannot be adjusted or canceled. Please understand. Please bring valid documents to board the ship to the island.
- Travelers should ensure good health and that their physical condition can complete the itinerary; those under 2 years old or over 70 years old, those with cardiopulmonary, cerebrovascular diseases, hearing or vision impairments, those unsuitable for long-distance and high-altitude travel, and those with existing medical history and physical disabilities are not suitable to participate. Any consequences caused by concealment shall be borne by the traveler.

Due to its particularity, waiting may occur due to specific flights, weather, road conditions, train numbers, different departure times, accommodation hotels, and the connection of travelers with different itineraries; the agreed times in the itinerary are all estimated, and there may be some errors in reality. - If the traveler's itinerary is reduced due to force majeure factors or events that the travel agency and its auxiliary performers have exercised reasonable care but still cannot avoid, our agency will refund the unspent fees; if the traveler is stranded, our agency will assist in arrangements, and the increased expenses shall be borne by the traveler.
- Unauthorized departure from the group during the itinerary without consultation shall be deemed a breach of contract by the traveler. The uncompleted part will be considered voluntarily abandoned, and our agency will no longer refund fees and will not bear any additional expenses incurred by the traveler. Normal project refunds (tickets, accommodation) are based on our agency's discounted price, not the listed price. All consequences of unauthorized departure shall be borne by the guest.
- Our agency will monitor the quality of the team at all times. Please understand the limitations of individual group tours and communicate with our agency in a timely manner regarding team quality issues to assist in resolving them promptly; before the end of the tour, travelers should carefully and objectively fill out the "Travel Agency Service Quality Tracking Survey Form". If the feedback after the tour is inconsistent with the signed opinion, our agency will not handle it.
