Reviews
The service is quite good, and the dancers perform diligently, making for an excellent show. It's very suitable for bringing older family members. If you're worried about feeling awkward, don't choose the most expensive seats. Instead, opt for the first row on either side, which is closest to the dancers and often includes interactive games.
I was given pics of the tickets for admission after booking online. It was very straightforward. This is my first immersive banquet and I find the performers very well trained. Food is substantial portion. Overall we enjoyed the show performance very much.
The second-row seats for the live performance are not elevated, so you'll see the heads of the people in the first row when filming. Also, the performers' faces are mostly directed towards the throne in the front, so they don't pay as much attention to the sides. The food was pretty good.
The venue was a bit small, and the restrooms smelled of smoke. This time, the show coincided with a new menu and new performers. The performance was more like an enka style. Since I've seen shows in other regions, it's hard not to compare, but overall, it was decent.
Arriving an hour early wasn't enough time for makeup. We might need to schedule it even earlier next time. The makeup artist's powder puff smelled like smoke, which was unpleasant.
The meal was just okay. They initially forgot to include an item, and I had to tell a staff member to get it. The performance was quite repetitive and lacked any surprises; I actually got a bit bored halfway through.
The vendor said they don't carry this item! I went there and couldn't use it, so I had to buy it again! Plus, contacting customer service for a refund is a hassle.
