When it was time, I told the staff on the 1st floor, and the staff in charge came. A clerk who is fluent in Japanese will suggest products that match your current concerns, such as skincare, makeup, and hand care. I have severe dryness and I'm concerned about clogged pores, so I purchased Real Barrier cream and the new foundation, and I also received a bonus gift. They didn't give me a dirty look even when I compared prices with Qoo10, and even said it's important, right! They told me about the double sale, and it was very informative and fun for future shopping!

There's a concierge counter on the first floor, and they were immediately helpful when I asked. When they started speaking, it turned out the concierge wasn't fluent in Japanese, but they were so charming that the hour flew by. At first, I thought an hour might be too long, but it went by in a flash. Maybe because I bought a lot, they gave me more freebies than usual (lol). I'd definitely use this service again if it's offered. It's amazing that it's free.

Hani is the best! I loved all the products she showed us. When going to olive young it can be a little bit overwhelming because there are so many products, but this helps so much because you focus in what is best for you!

Sophie was my helper and she recommended some great products that would work well with my skin type vs me just buying whatever tik tok recommended. there was no time limit and she went thru all the floors with me. they have a lot of scanners to use. highly recommend booking this if your a skin care lover
