I'm reviewing this tour for the parent like me who was willing to pay MORE for comfort & luxury for ease of mind bc I was going alone with my 5 year old. It is NOT the fault of the tour guides but whoever is selling this Lan Ha tour as "luxury" on Klook. Added screenshot of their advert as "5* luxury". This is blatant false advertising! There're many Lan Ha tours going for cheaper than this tour (compared Viator etc) which I paid SGD115 for me & my 5 year old. They said we would be picked up by a car but a huge bus & the guide only spoke Vietnamese even when I told him I only speak English. I had no idea what was going on when we were herded around. I only was able to follow the group bc of green wristbands. It was messy. Turned out that my son and I were the only foreigners in the tour & nobody bothered about us until I whatsapp customer service for help. Not a luxury tour! Chaotic on & off the boat! If I paid for this, then fine but I paid for comfort! Grinned & beared it for my son.
Very new cruise. Everything was neat and clean. Loved the whole experience Kayaking is a must. Food was absolutely great. Tastiest sea food we have ever had
