Hanoi - Dong Hoi Deluxe Sleeper Train by Damitrans Express

Because other relatives had already purchased tickets for the SE19 Laman Express at 7:40 PM, I needed three more tickets. Since there were no tickets available, I bought tickets for the Damri Express on the same train, SE19. However, I was given tickets for SE3 at 7:20 PM, coach 12, seats 13, 14, 15. Rushing to catch the SE3 train, I was told it wasn't the correct one. Suddenly, a person appeared and told me to follow them, saying the train had been changed to SE27, departing at 8:05 PM and arriving after 9:00 PM. I said that was too late, but the person loudly insisted it was the correct train. I shouted back, asking what time it would arrive! They said it would be around the same time (it later turned out to be 59 minutes later than the original SE19). The main point is, the coach was not Damri Express! None of the compartments were Damri Express. We only had three berths, and surprisingly, two were upper berths and one was a lower berth… berths 26, 27, 28… The lower berth had a small towel with 'Damri' written on it? (All the berths in coach 6 were brown, only our three were white, I didn't get a picture of the company). Can this really be considered Damri Express?! Klook did not provide any change information from beginning to end! If there's a change, we should be notified, and customers should agree to the change! We were a group of 11 people; the 8 people on the Laman Express were fine, but the tickets for the three of us caused all this trouble. It's truly disappointing.
