Reviews
This is my first experience to use this service. The Klook staff at the airport were very helpful to help me find the right person to approach TTS pickup service (I was quite worried about how to find my own name card from the hundreds of them). Then, the lady of TTS was very smart and helpful to contact the driver. The driver was very punctual and polite. The car is clean, spacious and comfortable. Throughout the whole 4-hour journey, he drove safely and steadily making us feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend this service.
I was always nervous and thought I couldn't find the car, but later I discovered that if I walked a little further, there was a whole row of companies picking me up from the airport. You can find your name inside, and there are staff waiting to help you find a car, which is very convenient and safe. The driver was also very kind and provided a 15-minute break during the trip so you could use the restroom or buy something to eat.
It is very convenient to pick up and drop off directly from the hotel. The driver is on time and the driving is quite safe. He also recommended our attractions and restaurants when we returned to Bangkok.
The driver arrived at the hotel on time to pick us up, and the car also provided a charger for us to charge
TTS customer service will reconfirm the pick-up location and time. The driver 👨🏻 arrived at the hotel in advance to wait for us. Since the drive back to Bangkok takes about 3 hours, the driver also asked if we would like to stop at the rest stop to let us go to the bathroom and take a walk. , he will also avoid the relatively traffic jams in Bangkok and smoothly take us to the hotel in Bangkok. Overall, 10 points recommended
The car arrived at the hotel door early, this time the return trip (Hua Hin back to Bangkok) even informed the hotel counter that he has arrived and waited (because the hotel notified us, but we have not arrived yet before the time we booked), the car is five-seater off A coach, so the back seat is more spacious and comfortable (we only have two of us). The same thing in the middle will let us get out of the car and go to the bathroom to buy things at a time, and the journey takes about two hours. Overall, they are satisfied. The drivers are considered safe driving (the speed is within our acceptable range), and there is still a chance that the preferred mode of transportation will be the first choice in the future!
The driver was waiting in the hotel lobby holding a sign and the service was friendly. The rest stop in the middle also waited patiently for us to use the restroom and buy Chinese food. It was a great pick-up and drop-off service. We will continue to choose this kind of pick-up and drop-off service in the future.
Very clean car. Driver very professional and came 1 hour early for pick up. Interesting ride to Hua Hin and traffic was smooth. Will continue to book with Klook
The customer service will confirm the pick-up location and time again, which makes me feel more at ease. TTS has a waiter waiting at the airport, and I got on the bus smoothly. I will ask if I need a rest stop along the way. We stopped for two on this 3-hour journey. At this rest stop, the driver was very friendly and gave us time to walk around and go to the restroom. The location where he parked was also very good and the restroom was very clean. Overall, it is highly recommended.
The driver was on time, although he didn't talk much and seemed serious, but he tried to make us comfortable and communicated through google translate. He drove carefully and alertly. He was willing to help load and unload our luggage. The car was also clean.
