Hua Hin Car Rental with Driver Green Mango Holiday

Mr. Suk Sanguan was a reliable and polite driver during our day in Hua Hin. He was on time and professional, making sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. We especially appreciated his flexibility in accommodating a last-minute change to our itinerary, which helped us stay on track.

We had an incredible day trip in Hua Hin, and a big part of that was thanks to Mr. Decho, our fantastic driver. Despite a minor hiccup at the start, when Praya Nakon Cave was temporarily closed due to a light rain, Mr. Decho was extremely proactive and helpful. He took the initiative to talk to the local staff and kept us informed, ensuring we were able to return later once it reopened. His willingness to adjust the schedule and his positive attitude made the day run smoothly, allowing us to fully enjoy each stop. Thank you, Mr. Decho, for making the day stress-free and memorable!

Cost-effective, excellent service. I proposed a car itinerary in advance, but the day of the flight was 15 minutes earlier. I waited in the hotel for cleanliness and sanitation. Booked an 8 hour package with a driver. Opted for the no English guide for cost effectiveness. Driver arrived on time and van was big enough to accommodate 7 of us comfortable. Googled pictures to show driver of the destination we wanted to go, so it was quite easy. This is our itinerary for those interested: Pick up at 10am, breakfast/lunch at Market Village, Santorini Park, Swiss Sheep Farm, Seen Space for some drinks, Massage and Dinner at Ko Mark. Thereafter we made our own way to Hua Hin Night market and back to our accommodation. Will def recommend for those in bigger groups/ children/ elderly :)

Booking was relatively smooth and they give clear instruction. Maybe could be improved in term of politeness/customer centricity as I feel that the email communication is copy/paste using AI. Maybe it is the language barrier or simply done using AI. Non standard questions are just not answered but it is fine as we still get what was originally advertised. Driver can communicate well and drive safely. I would use them again if their price remain competitive and adjust my expectation in term of booking experience.

Booked 12 hours and driver sent us to khao sam roi yot national park since 8am for our trekking experience at the cave. It’s an amazing attraction that I highly recommend to all. After that, he drove us for lunch at Ladda restaurant and had a wonderful seafood lunch with him. Other places that our klook driver brought us to are bluport mall (new in Hua Hin) qnd the first mall market village which is nearby. Thereafter a short stop at Hua Hin railway station, a must photo taking site! Besides, we spent some time at Plearnwan vintage village (nothing much so don’t waste time visiting) and seenspace. To end off our trip, our final stop is at Chatsila night market. Driver is very punctual and patient, will bring us everywhere we requested. Besides, car is very clean! I’ll definitely highly recommend all to use klook service!

Klook driver is on time and send us to the attractions as per our itinerary. Instead of sedan car, he drove us around in an MPV. We went to many places like Santorini park, premium outlet Cha am, the Venezia and cicada market from 12-8pm. Fully utilised our time during our first day in Hua Hin. Thanks Klook.

This is our 2nd time using private car in hua hin both 12 hrs with English speaking guide. We also stayed in the same hotel. Sheraton hua hin. LAST YEAR... the van was new with Klook logo and it has wifi. We visited all the places I listed. Also, didn't charge us surcharge. YESTERDAY.. The van was a bit old and no wifi. without Klook logo. The driver charged us the surcharge of 500 baht for going to Khao San Roi ParkNational Park but it's stated in the Advertise that the park is included. I showed it to driver but he said because it's too far. We only use 11 hrs out of 12 hrs because the guide said we don't have time to go to next attraction. Didn't it stated if overtime they will charge surcharge? seems she doesn't like to take us another attraction so, I just told her to go back to hotel. Anyway, I will always use Klook for my travel. this last 2 tours are a bit disappointing but the rest was Excellent.

Although the driver did not speak English, I still asked the hotel counter to assist the translator to complete the trip we wanted to go. Our journey is quite long so there are extra bonuses. I can really appreciate the driver for driving along the way. I was really grateful for the trip. Although the last attraction was closed, the driver took my cell phone to take a picture! !!
