La Pandora Boutique 2D1N Cruise: Ha Long Bay & Lan Ha Bay Tour

I really enjoyed our trip with La Pandora Cruise! A special thank you to our guide, Cody, who patiently answered all the questions my 6-year-old had 😁 The room had a balcony with a great view of the bay, the food was delicious, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations.

Highly recommended cruise! Victor was attentive to everyone's needs from the beginning to the end of the trip. It takes three hours by bus from Hanoi to the port, then about an hour on a smaller boat to reach the ship. The onboard staff was very kind, and we always ate very well with a good variety of food. The room was clean with a small balcony overlooking the lagoon.

We absolutely recommend Pandora Cruise ! The activities were well organised. The boat is clean and the rooms spacious with nice view on the sea. The crew is welcoming and helpful. Hung was our friendly guide. He gave clear informations about the cruise and even about history of Hanoï and Ha Long Bay. Hung is attentive and always smiling. The food was tasty with lot of choices. We felt very comfortable in the restaurant. Thank you !

I really enjoyed this tour; everything was planned down to the minute. The guide set the pace, organized the group, and kept everyone energized. The crew of the "Pandora" vessel gave us an unforgettable vacation. We went kayaking, boating, and swimming in the bay. The master class brought the group members closer together. And for the first time here, I tried a Tai Chi session, which was held at sunrise. I recommend everyone try this unforgettable experience.

We had a nice stay on board of the Pandora Cruise Ship. Our guide Kevin Hung was helpful, funny and always in a good mood. The room was very nice and we even got a bigger one for the seperate beds. The activities were fun and well timed. The low tide interrupting our cave tour was a bit sad but I guess that's what it is. The evening activities felt a bit unguided without someone starting the thing together. The food was nice, with a big selection, just drinks weren't included. Overall we would definitely recommend, especially our tour guide :) As for the price it was very reasonable at ~74€ p.P.

So glad to have Victor as our guide, he made sure the whole journey was worth it from the very start to finish. The pick up time was very early in the morning but Victor’s energy was unmatched. He was enthusiastic, humorous and very intelligent when touring us around historical sights that we passed in the bus. One thing I’d like to commend him is his organisation skills, he made sure everyone in the group understood the timings and itinerary of our experience. Everything was laid out so clearly and his communication skills were excellent. He took really good care of us, any questions we had, even unrelated to the cruise we booked, he was happy to guide us and recommend the best options for us. Although the cruise had a tiny few outdated decorations and facilities that needed to be fixed (e.g the japanese toilet in our cabin bathroom), and that there wasn’t any wifi in our cabin, we still made the most out of it. Food was great, we were well fed and a lot of options for us.

this is one of the best tours I have done in Hanoi. tour guide Tony was amazing! communication prior to the tour was really good. explained the whole itinerary. the cruise itself was so fun. food was fantastic.

We had a great time on La Pandora Cruise! Our tour guide Victor was super helpful and kept in touch with us about meeting times, etc. On the cruise we did kayaking, swimming, cooking class and visited the caves. The rooms and ship was quite luxurious and very great value for money! There was heaps of food served which was all delicious. Overall it was a great experience and great value for money, I would recommend this cruise.
