What to expect
Experience Process
The entire experience will last approximately 2 hours. After meeting at the agreed time, the host will invite an experienced makeup artist to select your attire and apply your makeup.
Good to know
- The host will contact you after receiving the order. We recommend downloading WeChat in advance for easier communication.
- If you wish to change the experience time, please contact the host in advance.
- If you would like to take photos outdoors, please communicate this in advance.
- Outdoor shooting locations do not include the Forbidden City. Depending on the weather, photos can be taken outside the city walls.
- The experience price does not include admission tickets to the Forbidden City or other scenic spots.
- The refreshments provided by the host are Halal.
- There is a clothing deposit of 300 RMB per person. The deposit will be refunded via the original payment method upon return of the clothing, provided there is no damage or significant staining.

The most memorable thing I have ever done in my life! They were very beautiful people very hospitable and understanding as it was an extremely hot summer day and we almost didn’t make it in time due to getting lost! They gave us a chance to cool down and then took us to where their costumes were and you could chose any copy wanted. As we wanted something similar to a Chinese wedding we chose red and were dressed as emperor and empress. the makeup and headpiece were exquisite and I really did feel like a empress for the few hours! traditional calligraphy in Chinese was definitely different but worth the experience! Highly recommend this for anyone considering coming to Beijing!! you won’t be disappointed!!!!!!
