She had a lot of fun, and playing for an hour wasn't enough. She will go again next time.

I went on a weekend and it was really crowded but the rides don’t really have to queue for very long but people there always cut queue lol… esp the kids.. some station there’s no staff to assist so everyone can just cut the queue. environment was good and clean. overall a good place!

air con is not enough but it was not crowded.

There are many recreational facilities in the venue, including a pirate ship, which was very surprising. There are also other sports games, which made me sweat a lot. There is also a haunted house to challenge.

The staff were truly friendly and amiable, and the facilities were generally clean and tidy. There were many amenities and games available for everyone to enjoy, which made it a lot of fun.

The venue has 3 floors with many fun facilities. The staff are friendly and patient in answering questions. The location is a bit far from the subway station, and you need to fill out insurance information upon entry.

Very convenient and fast. I will buy tickets on the klook website in the future.
