- On the evening before your trip, approximately between 18:00 and 21:00, detailed guide and vehicle information will be sent to you via email.

- It is recommended that elderly people, patients with cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and heart disease, and pregnant women be accompanied by their relatives.
- This itinerary does not accept solo registrations from customers under the age of 18. If you wish to register, please have a guardian register for this itinerary together.
- This itinerary is a fixed carpool route, so customers participating in this itinerary must abide by the stop times at each attraction and follow the driver-guide's arrangements.
- No refunds will be given for non-participation or interruption of the trip due to personal issues, lateness, or other reasons, so please be aware.
- If you leave the group on your own during the trip, it will be regarded as an invalid transaction, and no fees will be refunded. Furthermore, you will be responsible for any personal or property safety issues that may arise as a result.
- Depending on the traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowds of the day, the arrival time of each itinerary may vary. Please understand that if the itinerary is delayed or canceled due to the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, we cannot refund the fee for this reason.
