Reviews
This whole tour's main highlight is Mt. Fuji, and thanks to the weather, the clear view of the mountain with clouds at times made the experience really good 🤩 We wish that the duration spent at stops can be a little more, but we understand it's due to the unforeseen accident that delayed the bus from coming on time to pick us, the shorter daylight in autumn season, and the traffic jams on hoghway. Thanks Fred Zheng for the explanations and photo-taking for us! may your efforts pay off and all the best in your career!
I recently took the 'Mount Fuji Classic Route' day tour, visiting Lake Kawaguchiko, Lawson convenience store, and Arakurayama Sengen Park. The overall itinerary was very well-planned, with ample time at each attraction. We enjoyed beautiful views of Mount Fuji from various angles throughout the trip, making it highly recommended. I especially want to commend our tour guide, Yuri! She was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and professional. She clearly explained the meeting times and itinerary and proactively checked in on every group member. Along the way, she shared a wealth of information about Mount Fuji, Japanese culture, and local travel tips, making the journey more than just photo opportunities – it added so much knowledge and enjoyment. The weather was excellent that day. We saw a clear reflection of Mount Fuji in Lake Kawaguchiko, took classic photos at the Lawson convenience store, and enjoyed impressive panoramic views from Arakurayama Sengen Park. The transportation was comfortable throughout, and the timing was managed perfectly, so there was no pressure to rush. Many thanks to Yuri for her thoughtful care, which made this Mount Fuji trip a wonderful memory. If any friends visit Tokyo, I will definitely recommend this tour, and I hope to have the chance to join another tour led by Yuri in the future!
Serina is a great tour guide and we were able to go to all the popular Mt Fuji spots. The weather is great and not that cloudy as well.
I finally saw the perfect cream cheese foam Mount Fuji! I'm no longer a Mount Fuji refugee 😂 Thank you, tour guide Ariel, for such a fulfilling day!
very excited trip to cover kawaguchiko in one day and useful knowledge for the first time travellers for the next visit. ...our guide Fred Zhang, very helpful, has clear communication and very patient to guide us...this trip package is very recommended to whom would like to go to kawaguchiko without worry to have bus/train ticket...
The itinerary was a bit rushed overall, which is probably the case with most group tours. However, the tour guide provided excellent service, helping with photos, giving bilingual explanations, and sharing interesting stories. Overall, it was a very good experience. The group included people from various countries, and I enjoyed chatting with the young lady sitting next to me. The visibility of Mount Fuji was also very good today.
my best friend and I had an amazing time. this day trip is worth the price. our tour guide Andy Harita was very friendly and spoke various languages. he was well organized and made sure everyone had a great time! would definitely recommend especially if this is your first time travelling to Japan.
Even though we didn't see Mount Fuji, the trip was enjoyable. The Chinese-speaking tour guide was very detailed, the departure was on time, and no one on the bus was late. It was a special experience, and I would participate again next time I come to Tokyo.
The one-day tour to Mount Fuji from Tokyo was well-planned. Since we traveled on a weekend, traffic jams were likely, so the guide and driver went out of their way to take an alternate route to get us back to Tokyo earlier. During the tour, the guide was also very responsible and meticulous, reminding us of meeting times and helping us take photos. However, even though it was a clear day, Mount Fuji was still shrouded in clouds, which was a bit disappointing.
My tour guide was Aoki, and even though the day was rainy and Mt. Fuji was ridden, she made the experience amazing. She is funny and very clear with all the important infos you need to know. Thank you Aoki for your excellent service ❤️ Muito obrigada 🇧🇷
