This was booked in June 2019. The counter was not even opened during their stipulated operating hours. I had to wait at the airport, as I have already booked the SIM card. There were counters from other service providers that were already opened when I arrive. You can just get 1 on the spot, if you are in a hurry. I hope their service has improved now.

Very BAD! The Tune counter at Kuching International Airport Arrival hall for sim card collection is vacant, dusty and has been closed for about 2 months! Bought sim cards from other telco instead! Please refund me my money.

The info on klook is WRONG. The tunetalk counter does not open at 7am. It only opens at 8.30am. We waited for an hour for the Tunetalk counter to open! The other two service providers' counters were already open. Would NOT recommend buying this on klook if you have an early flight into kuching. Klook said they will investigate but till this day I have received no clarification or compensation.
