Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any admission pass and refuse entry where we reasonably believe you have been obtained in an unlawful or improper manner or in breach of these Terms & Conditions. Pass holders who have been refused entry or evicted from Village Roadshow Theme Parks’ properties and surrounds for inappropriate behaviour may have their passes or memberships cancelled. Cancellations or refunds as a result of limited visitation, suspension, premises, or ride closures are not granted (subject to any requirements at law to the contrary).
Validity Periods
Subject to the below and any requirements at law to the contrary no extensions to validity periods are allowed.
Closure
We may impose restrictions or limitations on access to the parks, rides, shows and attractions at any time. We may close rides, shows, attractions or the parks on a permanent or temporary basis due to inclement weather, safety, refurbishment, maintenance, acts of God or other reasons.
Non Redeemable
All admission passes cannot be redeemed for cash, are non-refundable (subject to any requirements under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws), not exchangeable and cannot be resold.
Why does my order status say "Completed" before I have even used the ticket?
A "Completed" status simply means your voucher has been successfully issued and your booking is finalized, it does not mean the ticket has been used. If you cannot find your booking under "Trips" please check the "All Booking" tab in your account to view. Your ticket remains fully valid for entry until the expiry date shown on the voucher.
