Please note that a child seat occupies approximately 1.5 seats, which may affect riding comfort and luggage space. ・Standard luggage size is 24–28 inches; oversized luggage or strollers must be declared in advance and will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage. ・If the number of people or luggage capacity is exceeded, resulting in inability to board, the responsibility and cost will be borne by the passenger. 【Vehicle Arrangement and Driving Range】 ・The vehicle may be changed to a vehicle of the same class depending on the daily dispatch; specific models cannot be designated. ・If you wish to customize your route, please fill in your itinerary when placing your order for customer service confirmation. ・Driving range: Within 300 kilometers from a hotel departing from Tokyo. Cross-region travel (e.g., Mount Fuji + Hakone) will incur an additional service fee. ・Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to hotels or guesthouses within Tokyo city; an empty car fee (JPY 5,000–20,000) will be charged for areas outside this range. ・Urayasu/Disney/Haneda Airport are not within the Tokyo city pick-up and drop-off range; a one-way fee (JPY 5,000–10,000) will be charged for pick-up and drop-off in these areas. 【Charter Service Hours】 ・Standard service hours: 10 hours; overtime fees will be charged if exceeded. ・If pick-up/drop-off is in different locations (e.g., Mount Fuji/Hakone), service hours are 8 hours; empty car travel time must be reserved for other areas. ・Vehicle usage time is between 7:00 and 22:00. If outside this period, please make a note when placing your order for customer service confirmation. 【Other Reminders】 ・The driver does not speak English but can communicate with passengers using translation software. ・If an English-speaking driver is required, please make a note when placing your order for customer service confirmation. If available, an additional designation fee of JPY 5,000 will be charged. ・Driver contact information will be provided 1 day before departure (at the latest 3 hours before vehicle use); please wait at the pick-up location 10 minutes in advance. ・If the itinerary includes “Mount Fuji 5th Station,” a mountain climbing fee (approximately JPY 2,100–3,700) must be paid on-site and can be paid by the driver on your behalf. ・Communication reminder: LINE ID cannot be added in some areas. It is recommended to use WhatsApp, WeChat, or email for communication.

【Overtime Fee】 Vehicles with 10 seats or less: JPY 5,000 will be charged for each hour exceeded (exceeding 15 minutes counts as 1 hour) Vehicles with 14 seats or more: JPY 10,000 will be charged for each hour exceeded (exceeding 15 minutes counts as 1 hour) ・Delays caused by traffic jams, waiting, or other unforeseen circumstances will all be included in the overtime fee.
