The restaurant environment is very good, the night view of the Sumida River is particularly beautiful, and the waiters are also very friendly. Although the location is by the river and cannot be reached by subway, it can be reached by taxi in 10 minutes from Ginza. Not to mention the food, the black beef melts in your mouth, even the low-fat ones are very tender. I recommend everyone to come
The first time I had sukiyaki, I tasted it on the 32nd floor of the Tokyo Hotel. The night view was beautiful and the lights were shining. Due to an incident, we arrived 30 minutes later than the reservation time. We called the restaurant on the way. Fortunately, they still reserved a seat for us, but they reminded us that the restaurant closes at 9 o'clock, which is expected to be one hour later, so go ahead! Their service was very good, knowing that we didn't have much time, and soon a waiter helped start the stove, handed out eggs, and cooked two pieces of beef for us to eat. Each of their waiters has a good attitude and considerate service. When they see that our meat and vegetables are almost finished, they will take the initiative to ask us if we still want it? There is a constant supply of meat and vegetables, and the Kuroge Wagyu beef is very fragrant and delicious. If I come to Tokyo again, I will go there again. This experience is very memorable, thank you to all the waiters for taking care of me.
The food is very good, the beef , vegetables and rice all you can eat, the reception is very nice, especially the view from the restaurant is so good 😊.
Located on the 32nd floor of the hotel, the restaurant has a very luxurious feel. The staff speaks a little Chinese, and there's a lunch menu available. Aside from the drinks being extra, everything else was delicious. It was a very filling, all-you-can-eat sukiyaki experience.
Food is excellent. it is our first time to try shabu shabu in a high end restaurant. we are served with 4 appetizers before the main meal. food is high quality. service is superb. our server explained the proper way of eating shabu shabu. we enjoyed it!
This sukiyaki set meal really surprised us! Plus, it’s all-you-can-eat, so we can keep ordering beef, and the quality of the meat is very good. Ordering multiple meals will not affect the quality of the food. The waiters were very friendly and even if we asked for rice, eggs or a special combination of vegetables, they were able to provide it. We will definitely go again.
The quality of the meat is really good. Both fat and lean options are available. All you can eat. The only dessert portion is slightly smaller compared to the hot pot and sukiyaki. I recommend the sukiyaki. The view is very good. It’s worth a visit on the 32nd floor of the hotel.
The scenery and service are impeccable. The beef quality is excellent, with beautifully marbled cuts. It's rich and fatty, with a perfect balance of fat and lean. I devoured three pounds of beef.
The restaurant is on the 32nd floor, with a great atmosphere and a view of Tokyo Tower. The service staff is of very high quality, very polite, and the price is just right.
The location is very good and the view is superb. There is nothing to fault with the Japanese service. I think the view accounts for more than half of the cost of this dinner. If you are looking for quality, there are better choices.
