- The minimum group size is 6 people. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum group size specified above, the tour will be canceled, and an email notification of the tour cancellation will be sent 8 days before departure.
- Children must purchase products corresponding to their age. Incorrect purchases or failure to purchase may result in the inability to participate in the tour.
- Children under 2 years old are not provided with meals.
- Passengers under 2 years old do not include tickets and need to purchase tickets on site.
- The actual time to visit each attraction on the day depends on the traffic conditions and the number of participants. If the visiting facilities are closed or have limited admission hours, the itinerary for the day will be changed. Thank you for your understanding.
- We are not responsible for and will not compensate for delays, itinerary changes, or cancellation of attractions caused by force majeure factors such as traffic and weather.
- After the itinerary starts, if it is not suitable to continue the itinerary due to weather, road closures, or safety factors, we will return safely. Attractions and meals that cannot be visited and enjoyed will not be arranged separately and will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.

- If you do not inform us and the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the reasonable number of passengers and the amount of luggage that can be loaded, the tour guide has the right to refuse passengers to bring luggage on the bus. Passengers need to store their luggage at their own expense in other storage locations. If you are unable to board the bus due to luggage that cannot be stored, no refunds or any form of compensation will be provided.
- If the number of participants is small, a sea lion or minibus may be used. In this case, the driver will also serve as a tour guide and lead everyone to complete the itinerary.
- Passengers are advised to purchase personal travel insurance.
- Please bring your own motion sickness medicine, rain gear, etc.
- Blooming flowers, starry sky, snow, maple leaves, etc. are all natural phenomena and cannot be guaranteed.
- The activity supplier reserves all rights of interpretation.
- The opening hours of the Ice Tao Festival may be closed due to higher temperatures. If this happens, the Chilose Salmon Hometown Aquarium will be flexibly adjusted.
