Madrid: Luggage Storage in Atocha Train Station

They are really kind. As soon as I arrived in Spain, I felt kindness, and Spain felt warmer. It is right behind Atocha Station. I left my luggage here and went to Retro Park and Sofia Museum, and it was convenient. (The Sofia Museum is free from 7pm, so I used it during that time. If you reserve a free ticket and go, you can reduce the waiting time.)

It was easy to make a reservation, and when I dropped it off, I just had to show my name and passport. However, Atocha station is a big station, so I was a little confused about which exit to take to get to the drop-off location. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity next time.

you can walk in and book with much cheaper prices than booking on Klook

I booked and visited the 'Atocha Bike' service through Klook on February 6, 2026. I received a reservation confirmation and even received a reminder email on the morning of the visit. However, when I arrived at the location, the store was closed, and when I called for contact, I was informed that "it is difficult to use today due to a day off." Additionally, the staff said, "The reservation itself may not have been made," and unilaterally ended the call before I could ask further questions. We made the reservation normally through Klook and had even received a confirmation email, so the fact that the service was unavailable is a clear service provision error. As a result, our travel itinerary was completely disrupted, and we suffered significant damage to our entire day's schedule. Since then, I have requested a refund, but Klook has not processed the refund because they cannot reach the business, and instead, they are asking us, the users, to "submit proof of on-site visit on the day." Even though the customer is the one who suffered damage due to the service provision error, the current situation where the customer has to submit proof directly and request a refund is very unfair, and psychological fatigue is also accumulating severely. It appears that both Klook and Atocha Bike are evading responsibility for this matter, and a clear acknowledgment of the mistake, an apology, and immediate refund measures must be taken as service providers. In addition, Klook must conduct prior verification to ensure that the service provider is a properly operating business in the service provider contract and operation management process, and this incident has caused significant damage to the platform's credibility. I have consistently used and trusted Klook for overseas travel until now, but I think it will be difficult to use Klook anymore as a result of this incident. I request prompt action and a responsible response.
