- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- The voucher is valid for 1 day(s) from the participation date. It expires at 23:59 on the last day
- You will receive the pass via email from Turbopass within 12 hours after your booking has been confirmed. Kindly check your spam or junk e-mail folder. You will not be able to redeem your entrances and activities using the Klook voucher
- Click on the link in the email sent to you by Turbopass
- Check which attractions require you to pre-book, then book your slots following the instructions in the booking app included with your pass
- The pass is only available digitally; it is not possible to collect a physical voucher on site
- Please note that the pre-booked Uffizi tickets will be uploaded directly in your digital pass
- Exception: You'll need to pick up your tickets (Accademia and hop-on hop-off) at the pickup points stated in the Turbopass digital pass
- The Uffizi timed-entry ticket will be booked in the morning, and the Accademia Gallery timed-entry ticket will be booked in the afternoon
- Choose the attractions you'd like to visit and enter with your pass. Note that some attractions may require an advance reservation
