How to use
Usage validity
- The voucher is valid for 1 day(s) from the participation date. It expires at 23:59 on the last day
How to redeem
- You will receive the pass via email from Turbopass within 12 hours after your booking has been confirmed. Kindly check your spam or junk e-mail folder. You will not be able to redeem your entrances and activities using the Klook voucher
- Click on the link in the email sent to you by Turbopass
- Check which attractions require you to pre-book, then book your slots following the instructions in the booking app included with your pass
- The pass is only available digitally; it is not possible to collect a physical voucher on site
- Please note that the pre-booked Uffizi tickets will be uploaded directly in your digital pass
- Exception: You'll need to pick up your tickets (Accademia and hop-on hop-off) at the pickup points stated in the Turbopass digital pass
- The Uffizi timed-entry ticket will be booked in the morning, and the Accademia Gallery timed-entry ticket will be booked in the afternoon

This is a very convenient and cost effective means of exploring interesting tourist spots and museums in Florence. The skip the line tickets to Uffizi and Accademia gave us priority entries to these museums. We will recommend this to friends visiting Florence. Access to other museums can also be instantly generated using the app.

I bought the 5-day pass with the hop-on hop-off bus. In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend buying it because it doesn't include the Duomo (Florence Cathedral) or the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The hop-on hop-off bus isn't more convenient than taking regular buses; you have to work around its schedule, and the bus stops are extremely difficult to find.
