Sky on 20 Rooftop Bar at Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20

Ambience was very cool one can have a semi-panaromic city view. Food & drinks were also very nice. Staff behaviour was also very professional and good.

Great Vibes and Service, but the View Wasn't as Expected: We were a group of 5, and they were very accommodating even though we ordered only a set for 4 people. The view was nice but not as great as shown in the pictures on Klook, mainly due to the Christmas decorations on the glass that slightly obstructed the view. The rooftop wasn’t very high compared to the surrounding buildings, which also affected the overall experience. The food was great—more of an international menu. The drinks were tasty and truly free-flowing, though the alcohol content was so low they felt more like sweet juice. The table was quite narrow, so it’s clear this is more of an atmosphere-focused place rather than a spot for exceptional dining. The lighting wasn’t ideal for photos, so it’s not a place for capturing Instagram-worthy shots—it’s more about enjoying the vibes. However, the service crew was excellent, very attentive and friendly. While we didn’t manage to take amazing pictures, we still enjoyed the overall experience.

High cost performance, great products and service, affordable set meals, I will come again next time!

Everything was good. The food is average, the view i can give 40/100 but all are nice, if you just want to experience this place.

The environment wasn't cool enough; there was no air conditioning, only large fans blowing. Many foreigners were dining and drinking. Mocktails offered unlimited refills within 1.5 hours. The dishes were also decent.

We ordered 3 set meals, all Western-style food, including popcorn, which was a bit salty. The drinks offer free refills for 1.5 hours, and you can even switch flavors, which is a great feature.

good experience ..but with bangkok heat...they must have put more fans out there...

The food and cocktails were excellent, and the food portions were more generous than we expected.

We had a great time. Amazing views, great service, great food and rain proof, that during the rainy season it is very important.
