Kabukicho Ramen Making Experience

So glad I booked this ramen-making experience on the last day of my trip! It was fun, interactive, and the instructor was super friendly. She showed me how to make the broth from scratch and even typed the sauces I needed into my phone so I could go shopping afterwards and make ramen at home. The location was great too, with an amazing view of the Godzilla Head! Definitely recommend! instructor: my instructor was great and I met the second instructor too and she was friendly.

instructor: Mai our guide was awesome and really fun to talk to throughout the experience. She speaks English so communicating was easy. location: It is located on the second floor of ShinjukuAle (a bar). After making and eating the Ramen my wife and I tried a snake shot, which is alcohol from a jar with two snakes in it (already dead). experience: Super fun time and the Ramen was delicious. i recommend it for anyone who wants a hands on experience and a meal.

This class was amazing! I made spicy pork miso ramen and it was delicious. They provided a card with instructions that I was able to take pictures of so I'll definitely try to recreate this dish at home - that's how good it was! I would definitely recommend. 10/10 experience.

Amazing experience. Intructors are so nice and attentive, class was very easy and understandable. Great side quest for friends/family or even solo. Plus the ramen itself is amazing!

The class teaches the noodle-making process, while the broth will be prepared in advance, with instructions on how to make it provided in writing. There are three soup bases to choose from. The instructor is professional, friendly, and patient. At the end, you can enjoy the noodles you cooked yourself. This class is suitable for the whole family.

great people,informative and highly recomended.. please note this is easy class in an hour. prep for broth and the noodles not included but they will discuss how to make them. the photography is a mist to add during the session as the photos are so professionally done.. thumbs up for that guy i forgot hes name.

Highly recommend this course. The whole experience was enjoyable and straightforward from start to finish. The instructor was incredibly friendly, knew the process inside and out, and made the steps easy to follow. Most importantly, the final product was the absolute best ramen I could have possibly made myself. Well worth the time and money.
