thank you so much for such a wonderful time! My daughter and I were looking for a rainy day activity and this was perfect! We learned How to make ramen noodles from scratch. We also made three types of Ramen: shio, shoyu, and tonkotsu. Best of all they were unlimited toppings, including marinated chicken that we blow-torched ourselves, corn, seaweed, bamboo shoots and fish cakes! and we got to enjoy three delicious bowls of soup! this is such a great night thank you so much, Runa! you are such a thoughtful and patient teacher!
So much fun with Kensei and the ramen is delicious!! You make everything from scratch and he adapted for my husband who doesn’t eat pork. We got a little lost so just note you need to go up 1 flight of stairs and you will find it, Everyone had fun in this class and the price is very affordable compared to other cooking classes
Excellent experience with the sensei, without a doubt all three ramen dishes were delicious!!! I loved this experience!!
This was a wonderful family experience! Our 10 year old had the best time and it really cemented his love for ramen. The broths were delicious and portions were very generous. We got to take some great pictures and learned a lot as well. 10/10!
This is a great experience for anyone interested in or obsessed with ramen. The instructor is great and very knowledgeable. she helped us every step of the way from rolling and making our own noodles to building each of our three bowls. Definitely check this out if you’re in the area.
I never thought I could have such a unique and authentic experience in Shibuya! The 90-minute workshop was so much fun – kneading and stretching the noodles from scratch, and then cutting them with a professional noodle-making machine. Being able to grill the chicken chashu and customize the sauce and soup to my liking was also a plus. Amazingly, I could make three types of ramen at once – pork bone, soy sauce, and miso – and then taste-test them all at the end. It was the best! The instructor was incredibly kind and explained everything in English, so even beginners can feel at ease. Because it's a small group, everyone gets personalized support. The finished ramen was, of course, delicious, and the sense of accomplishment was outstanding. As a travel memory, I can confidently recommend this experience to friends and family!
Super fun activity! The vibe is relaxed, the instructors are awesome, and making ramen from scratch is way more exciting than I expected. Plus, you get to eat three different styles of ramen at the end—so come hungry! Perfect for couples, friends, or solo travelers.
Such a fun way to spend a morning in Tokyo. The class is short enough to fit into a busy itinerary, but still feels complete. We learned, cooked, laughed, and then enjoyed our own ramen. I’d say it’s one of the best activities for first-time visitors who want an authentic but easy experience.
Super fun and super delicious. The staff made sure we could take lots of photos and videos, so it's perfect if you like sharing your travels on Instagram. They also gave us recommendations for other ramen shops around Shibuya. If you love food experiences, this is a must-do.
I love pasta, so I was very curious about Japanese noodles. This lesson showed me all the small differences in flour, water, and technique. Rolling and cutting the dough was my favorite part. The atmosphere was relaxed, full of jokes and smiles, and the final bowl of ramen was honestly restaurant-quality.
