- Excessive amounts of luggage may incur a surcharge fee. Inappropriate luggage presented on the day of departure, such as surfboards, bikes, and an excessive amount of luggage, may result in refusal to board unless previously arranged
- The weather in Victoria is unpredictable and can fluctuate regularly. Please ensure you have checked the average temperatures for the time of year you are traveling and have packed adequate clothing. In the event of rain or inclement weather, your experience will still go ahead, unless contacted by the provider
- Guests booking a basic dorm bed are paired with other solo travelers in a room, where possible of the same gender but not guaranteed
- A doctor’s certificate is required for participants over 75 years old, submitted at least 30 days prior to travel

- Itineraries may need to vary, potentially at short notice, to adapt to seasonal changes, and occasionally sites in the parks close or do not allow swimming

- Limited storage space is available on our vehicle. Each traveler may bring 1 x 23 kg travel bag, given they are traveling in a one-way direction, and 1 x 5 kg day bag. Please advise if you are traveling with additional or oversized luggage
