absolutely amazing trip today and a lovely helpful couple of guides (Mabel and Habi) to help us along the way. Lake farm hill and the most delicious gelato, Lake Toya and Mount Uzu were breathtaking and stunning. so glad we choose this trip.

Tour guide Olivia is awesome! ! ! Always smiling and sincere, you can feel that he loves Hokkaido from the bottom of his heart❤️ He shared a lot of knowledge and characteristics of Hokkaido, which made the whole trip more exciting! I was also very lucky that the weather was great👍👍I couldn’t bear to sleep along the way! The camera kept clicking and taking pictures📷This is my first time going to Hokkaido and I want to see a lot of things in one day. I really recommend this itinerary. I think the time control and the length of stay are pretty good🥰The driver is Japanese! Very kind and cute❤️❤️❤️ Highly recommend the activities of this travel agency. I will definitely join a group if I have the opportunity in the future💕 In addition, we used this itinerary to join the group at the end and arrange to stay in a hot spring hotel. Olivia and the driver both thought this arrangement was great 😎Easy! If you don’t have a self-driving car and want to have fun like this, you can arrange it like this💯

I had the pleasure of meeting many individuals within my age group during the tour. It was truly enjoyable to engage in conversations with them, as well as with people from diverse backgrounds who also participated in the tour.

Great itinerary! Manage to see a lot in a day and it wasn’t a really rushed itinerary. Olivia has provided very clear instructions on the meeting point. This was a mixed Chinese and English tour and Olivia has tried her best to converse in both languages. However majority of the time was conversed in Chinese since most people on the tour can understand Chinese, so it really depends who is on the tour with you. It would great if there is a bit more English translation. Olivia provided a lot of dinner recommendations after the tour which was really helpful. Olivia also took the extra mile to guide us through the train station after the tour. Overall a really great trip.

A nice trip with a friendly and approachable guide, Habi. Habi can converse in English, Chinese & Japanese with good photography skills. The itinerary was just nice and quite chill with nice scenery. Habi is knowledgeable and recommended types of food and places to eat. The fried ball with red bean and mochi is very very nice. Ice cream at Lake Hill farm is good too. Overall a very good day trip with lots of places and a caring guide. Thanks Habi!

our tour guide, Habi, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He even gave us recommendations for Sapporo for our trip. the tour itinerary was okay as well although i felt we couldve alloted more time at Mt. Usu instead of Lake Toya for lunch. glad the weather was good.

woooow I was quite surprised by how many wonderful adventures came the package as well as how organized. my family and I truly had a blast on this tour. the tour guide was the most accommodating. she was constantly telling us facts of Sapporo and helped us with pictures and directions every time we ask. we had a great tour not just because of the tour, but also the kindness of the tour guide 🤗

Excellent experience. Our guide, Habi, was dedicated, passionate and thorough - he was so knowledgable about each place and put in a lot of effort to make us all have an enjoyable experience. Even brought his own professional camera to help us take pictures. The places were beautiful and there was just enough time allocated at each place. Tour group size was also appropriate.

Most of the credits go to our guide Shake Shake. She is very nice and helpful even using her professional camera to take and share photos for us. She explains background information professionally. The routes are arranged on time and includes the gathering points.
