Pre-Departure Notice
- Please ensure that the communication app you have provided remains accessible during your trip to Japan. We will contact you one day prior to your tour. We will send vehicle and tour guide information to your email address before 8 PM on the day before departure, so please check your inbox (and possibly your spam folder). To ensure a smooth departure, please contact the tour guide or driver promptly. Thank you.
- If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be notified of cancellation by email one day before departure. In the event of extreme weather conditions such as typhoons or heavy snow, we will confirm whether to cancel by 6:00 PM local time the day before departure, and notify you by email.
Seats and Vehicles
- This is a group tour, and seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any special requests, please note them, and we will do our best to accommodate you, but the final arrangement is subject to on-site conditions.
- The type of vehicle used depends on the number of people, and you cannot specify the vehicle type. When the number of participants is small, a driver may also serve as an attendant, and the explanation may be brief.
- If you need to bring luggage, please inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without prior notice, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding, and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle. If damage is caused, compensation will be required according to local standards.
Itinerary Adjustments and Safety
- Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If this time is exceeded, additional fees will be incurred (ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 yen/hour).
- The itinerary is for reference only. Actual transportation, stopover, and tour times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. The tour guide may reasonably change or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation.
- If facilities such as cable cars and pleasure boats are suspended due to weather or force majeure, alternative attractions will be visited or the duration of stay will be adjusted.
- Fees will not be refunded for late arrivals, changes to meeting points, or leaving the group midway due to personal reasons. Any accidents or additional costs incurred after leaving the group must be borne by the individual.
Seasons and Landscapes
- In winter, if highways are closed or scenic areas restrict entry due to special circumstances, we will reduce or change the route, and no refunds will be given.
Other Information
- Please arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not wait for latecomers, and it is not possible to join the tour midway.
- We recommend wearing light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain tours.
* Personal travel and accident insurance are not included in the itinerary, and it is recommended that you purchase your own. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve certain risks, so please register with caution according to your health condition.
* After the itinerary has started, if it is forced to be terminated due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded, and the traveler will also have to bear the cost of returning or additional accommodation.
* During peak travel periods on Japanese red days and weekends, there are often serious traffic jams or attractions close early. It is recommended not to book flights, bullet trains, or dinners for the same evening, and to bring your own snacks and power bank.
