Hotel Location: Directly accessible from Exit B1 of Airport (T3) Station. Cleanliness: The suite is incredibly spacious and beautiful, clean and comfortable. Executive Lounge: Happy hour offers sparkling wine, sushi, and a live noodle station. While the selection isn't vast, it's satisfying. Family Activities: Indoor pool, ball pit, billiards, and interest classes. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.
The hotel is very convenient in terms of transportation. The subway airport station exit leads directly to the hotel. From the hotel, you can take the subway to Yifangcheng Shopping Mall, the latest Yifanghui, and Happy Harbor. They are all very close, and you are not afraid of the sun or rain during the whole journey.
This time I chose Hyatt when booking a hotel on Klook. I have stayed at InterContinental, Pullman, Crowne Plaza, Hilton, etc. before. It is recommended to choose a hotel managed by an international brand. At least there is a certain guarantee in terms of service.
The hotel is very good, clean and has good service. Close to the subway station, convenient for travel and quick check-in.
The day of check-in was Valentine's Day, and guests at the buffet dinner were carefully decorated on the dining table and received free roses. There were also live singers singing songs, creating a great atmosphere. The chef also surprised each table with volcanic ice cream. The hotel waiter was very nice and asked to be transferred to a room on a higher floor. He was also very friendly and smooth, which was good. The hotel is connected to the subway airport station and the transportation is very convenient. The breakfast is rich and the waiters are polite. I love drinking hot tea, so I specially brewed a pot of hot tea and arrived, very satisfied.
The hotel is directly connected to the passenger terminal of Baoan Airport, and it only takes 10 minutes to walk to the check-in hall. The hotel rooms can also face the airport runway and apron to enjoy the view of takeoffs and landings. The glass windows are very soundproofed, so sleep is not affected by the takeoffs and landings of flights at all. The accommodation package includes dinner and breakfast, which are very rich and have a full range of styles to suit the tastes of locals and foreigners.
When booking, it said the swimming pool is open 24 hours a day, but the hotel said it is only open from 10 am to 10 pm. The information was misleading. It messed up our schedule. This five-star hotel still has room for improvement. It is recommended to replace the hair dryer.
This experience really changed my view of the Hyatt brand. It was the first time I experienced such a poor buffet dinner and breakfast in a 4-star hotel. I will never patronize a Hyatt hotel again
