You can see the complete view of Mount Fuji from the room, which is really unparalleled. The view of the open-air hot spring is also great! The room is large and comfortable. The kaiseki cuisine is very generous.
We had pre-paid reservations for two nights at this ryokan. The day before our arrival, I tested postive for COVID, but my two adult daughters did not. I contacted Klook immediately to ask if we could still stay at the hotel. The hotel did not write back to Klook until the day we were supposed to check out. I think it was pretty unprofessional of the hotel to delay their response. My daughters could have stayed at the ryokan, but we couldn't be sure they would allowed to check in. Overall, extremely disappointing.
The environment is beautiful. When dining in the room facing Mount Fuji, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Mount Fuji.
It was really comfortable to stay at Lake Kawaguchi Hideogo. The service, food and scenery were all great. The only dissatisfaction is that Xiufeng collected 86,000 yen... but Klook charged me twice the price🥹 It feels very bad to be taken advantage of. My sister used ez to order from Japan and there was no price difference. I will not use klook in the future.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable. You can watch Fuji Fuji all day long without getting tired of it. But the dinner and food were very average, which is a pity.
The view was better than I expected. The location was good, and most of all, it was very convenient because they dropped off my luggage at the station and picked it up right away when I requested it. The weather was good, so I felt good after seeing Mt. Fuji. ^^
The hotel is located on the shore of Lake Kawaguchi, and you can enjoy the view of Mount Fuji and the lake from your room. Drink the welcome drink while soaking in the footbath outdoors. The service is exquisite, enthusiastic, cordial and courteous. With 1 hotel room and 2 meals, you can stay in the hotel almost all day and relax on your vacation.
fabulous view from room in seeing my Fuji and lake kawaguchi. food are delicious. hotel staff are attentive particularly the staff serving dinner is so nice and explained clearly on everything. onsen is not crowded. definitely want to go again.
