- Biei Christmas Tree: In winter, the Christmas tree is surrounded by a vast white snowfield. The Christmas tree, standing majestically in the natural snowy landscape amidst the tranquility, appears even more sacred. If access to the Christmas tree is not possible due to weather, traffic restrictions, or safety considerations, the visit will be changed to the Ken & Marry Tree. Thank you for your understanding.
- Shirahige Falls: The waterfall stops the moment it flows out due to encountering freezing temperatures. The surrounding trees and rocks are whitened by heavy snow, and wisps of white hot spring smoke rise from the side, making the whole scene dreamlike and shocking, giving the illusion that time has stopped.

- Tour duration: 10 hours and 10 minutes, but in winter, due to snow, road closures, traffic jams and other conditions, it is very likely to extend the return travel time.
- According to Japanese traffic regulations, day tour buses must travel on fixed routes and cannot get on and off at any location, but you can leave the group at the scenic spots arranged in the itinerary. - At Four Seasons Color Hill, snowmobiles are available for a fee from mid-to-late December, and the cost is as shown on the Four Seasons Color Hill website.
- If you are interested in participating in the snowmobile experience, please note the following information: This activity is a paid tour and requires cash payment. Fee Details: 30-minute experience Single rider: 18,000 yen Two-person ride: 24,000 yen If you wish to participate, please inform your tour guide on the day, and the guide will assist you with the reservation. Shikisai-no-oka will be closed from December 31, 2025 to January 1, and the route will be adjusted. The specific arrangement will be based on the arrangement on the day.
- Due to snow conditions, Shikisai-no-oka Snow Paradise may be closed after March 20.
- Infants under 2 years old are free but will not be provided with a seat. If a seat is needed for children of infant age, the adult fare will be charged.

- Please abide by the schedule. If you are late, it will be regarded as an automatic cancellation of the trip, and the fee paid will not be refunded.
- Since traffic is greatly affected by the weather, we are not responsible for any subsequent losses caused by delays due to force majeure factors such as traffic jams. Please be aware of this.
- If you need to bring luggage (including strollers and wheelchairs, etc.), please inform us by email in advance so that we can properly arrange vehicle space to make your journey smoother and more comfortable. We will arrange the vehicle type according to the number of people traveling. If the vehicle type can carry luggage 3-5 days before departure, a handling fee and reserved space fee will be charged separately for luggage space and loading and unloading arrangements, which is 1,500 yen per piece (cash only), which is given to the guide before getting on the bus.
- A travel notice will be sent to your email by 5:00 PM the day before departure. Please pay attention to your email at that time (or the junk mail box). - If it is impossible to reach the Christmas tree due to weather, traffic control, or safety considerations, we will go to Ken & Marry Tree instead. Please understand.
- If affected by traffic congestion, facility maintenance, etc., the itinerary or stay time of each scenic spot will be adjusted.
- Because of the weather, road conditions and other factors in winter, it is not recommended to arrange other itineraries or expensive dinner reservations, etc. after the return trip on the same day. We are not responsible for compensation if there are any losses.
- No refunds will be given for mid-way participation or early departure. If you have this requirement, please confirm the transportation method yourself and notify doushin165@yahoo.co.jp by email 3–5 days before departure. Please be on time to meet the tour guide at the specified time and place. Failure to arrive on time will be regarded as absence.
- Since the Elf Terrace cannot be reached occasionally due to traffic control, it cannot be predicted in advance and will depend on the situation on the day. Orders with departure dates of 1/6 to 1/11 → The last stop of the itinerary will be adjusted to “Blue Pond Illumination”
