It seems that they don't care about the maintenance of the room. Wall papaer falls off, ventalation of bath room was terrible. When someone using the toilet, you smell it and the smell stays.

Air conditioning very cool keep 18.5 no matter how I change, on the other day when I told reception they arranged staff to fix. Temperature can keep within 21-23 afterwards. Toilet also leak on second date morning, but fixed when we return to our room.

It took more than 15 mins to wait in line for check-in, but there was only 1 person before us. Why there wasn't any staff to open another line for check-in.
