GoodSolo stay
So pro and cons.. You have to remember London is expensive.. This was half the price of the Premier Inn 10 mins down the road closer to Hammersmith. But this was half the quality as well.. Room was small and very hot in summer so had to have window open which prob isn't ideal for light sleepers due to London traffic outside, the TV was nice though and bed was comfy, shower was decent.. It just depends on your budget this was £55 for one night Premier Inn was over £130 for same night, so it's how much comfort you want to spend..

For the price we paid it was acceptable. The rooms are tiny and the bed was super uncomfortable. Cleanliness isn’t the best and the bathroom stunk of stale water and drains.

I have logged a complaint as of sun 10
May 26, due to the table in the “family room” collapsing on my daughters legs, once I helped her I observed there were no screws or fixings on the table, my daughter escaped with minor markings the table was very heavy and the hotel is luckily it caused minimal damage. Videos and photographs were taken the Porter who worked there offered no explanation only a sorry when I said we would demand refund on check out he stated he understood, at check out I was told to email the company to which I am yet to hear back. The room is very daughter and the mirrors are cracked which I could have looked past but the safety of the room is none existent for a “family room” they are lucky nothing more serious occurred

Close to a good few pubs and shops. Relatively clean room and a decent stay for the price.

This review is directed at the management of both properties, as Comfotel Purple and Euro Hotel appear to be operated by the same group.
My stay began at Comfotel Purple, where I encountered a confirmed bed bug issue (multiple live sightings in the bed area, including near the pillow), which required me to relocate rooms. The management consistently ignored phone calls and emails.
I was relocated to the hotel nextdoor.
Despite this, the issues did not end after being moved to Euro Hotel.
At Euro Hotel:
• Water leaked from the ceiling into the room during rain, raising concerns about the condition of the building and potential damp/mould exposure
• Housekeeping repeatedly entered the room despite explicit instructions not to do so
• Personal belongings were discarded without permission — these were part of a personal project and cannot be replaced
• The room lacked basic amenities (no hangers initially, no hairdryer, no iron)
• The sink was clogged and did not drain properly
Across both properties, there appears to be a consistent issue with management oversight, maintenance, and respect for guest privacy.
While two staff members were helpful in facilitating the room transfer, the overall experience was highly disruptive and poorly managed. I also received no meaningful response from management despite raising these concerns during my stay.
I would strongly advise caution when booking with this group.
I am currently escalating the issues to other channels.

GoodStayed with friends · For friends and family
The room stank of toilet drain that you couldn’t get rid off by opening windows- otherwise was also not the cleanest room / dust and hair in the bathroom. No one around in the morning to take key back or for any other help / photos of the property are misleading how big the rooms are - or that they are offer breakfast . Which they are not . But the hotel is in a good area easy to find good cafes
