Fantastic
All was in order as usual as a returning guest to the Hotel Grand Chancellor. Perhaps, and only a minor point a few more 'handicapped' designated parking spots could be made available?, during my stay I did see a number of guests that could avail of such dedicated parking spots, as I found there was was only one in the entire carpark

Check out is frustrating - having to wait 5 in line for no other reason other than to hand over the cards Bathroom could do with a scrub otherwise rooms very tidy.

Make sure you watch out in the bathroom. I was on the 4th floor & the door stop right in front of the loo. To say I kicked my foot on it & thought I broke my toe!! Badly bruised. They were very apologetic. 2 free drinks!! But was leaving when they finally contacted me . They were going to offer something next time I am in Launceston, but I won’t as I live in WA . Disappointing from my point of view as I am still limping

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Chancellor.. fantastic rooms... The 2 course meal was fabulous in the evening before our show and the buffet breakfast was exceptional...All staff are so friendly and helpful and will definitely stay there again.

Easy check in and friendly service. Parking available. Breakfast was excellent and dining room was well presented. Room was spacious and clean although the beds were very firm. Only problem was that they are currently doing renovations so the guest onsite laundry was unavailable and the construction noise below our room was loud.
