老闆人蠻客氣的 ，床很好睡， 下來就是商店街了 ，走路到碼頭也很近，唯一美中不足是廁所一直聞到很濃的菸味，廁所門要一直關著。

老闆人很好很親切，地點也很好，早餐也不錯，唯一缺點就是洗澡的水不是太冷就是太燙，不好調溫度，其他整體都很好。

位置好，樓下已是食肆，十分方便，早餐尚可。租房間時本來是有窗的，怎料是窗是面向樓梯，只可關閉。且房間隔音不佳，十分嘈雜。
